The follow-up really didn’t help much. They got back to me late, and when they finally did, they didn’t actually answer my questions. It also felt like nobody was clear on who owned the issue, so I was just getting passed around without a real answer. it kind of felt like they just wanted me to go away.

"Application process was way more annoying than I expected"
I figured applying on esapet.com would be straightforward, but it started feeling messy almost right away. It’s kind of like whoever put the application together didn’t really think about how a regular person would move through it.
A few parts weren’t explained very well, so I kept having to go back and fix things or double-check what they were asking for. The form also felt way longer than it needed to be, which made the whole thing more irritating than necessary.
Maybe other people get through it without any issues, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. I ended up frustrated and eventually just gave up, which says a lot about how not-smooth the process felt...

"Canceling Was Way More Annoying Than It Should’ve Been"
I got a bad feeling from the billing. It didn’t feel very clear, and when I tried to cancel, it turned into way more of a hassle than expected. Support wasn’t much help either, it felt like they were just copy-pasting the same generic replies instead of actually addressing what I was asking. Frustrating experience overall.

It just felt a bit too pricey for what it was. I kept thinking about that one other thing I got before, and this didn’t really seem like it was worth the extra money.

I reached out to customer service about my order and had to wait way too long just to hear back. When someone finally replied, they didn’t really solve anything, and then I got transferred to someone else like that was going to magically fix it.
After that, I still didn’t get a clear update and had to message again. It seriously felt like I was being passed around and ignored, which was really frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if their support stays like this...

I took a look at esapet.com, but it didn’t give me that confident feeling. Some sites just feel straightforward and trustworthy right away, and this one was more hit or miss for me. There wasn’t enough clear info to make me comfortable, so I decided not to go through with it. It might be totally fine, but personally, I didn’t want to take the chance.

"Letter had a couple details off"
I got the letter fast, which was nice, but my name had a typo and the date looked kinda wrong too. Support did fix it later, but it still made me a little nervous sending it over to my landord.

My apartment accepted the ESA letter, so yeah, that part did what it was supposed to do. But getting answers from support took way longer than I expected, and the whole process was kind of all over the place. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it felt confusing enough that I’m not sure I’d use them again

I tried using esapet because I thought I’d be getting a thorough review from an actual licensed professional, but it didn’t feel that way. The conversation was really quick, they barely asked me anything, and the letter I got looked generic. I kept waiting for more guidance or some kind of explanation, but I mostly felt left in the dark the whole time. For something that’s supposed to come from a licensed pro, I expected a lot more care and detail. Support also took a while to get back to me, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again.

I don’t know, something about the privacy side just felt a little off to me. Like, I couldn’t quite shake the feeling that my data wasn’t being handled as carefully as it should be. Maybe I’m being extra cautious, but yeah… it didn’t make me feel super comfortable

"Still a little unsure compared to others"
I did get my letter, and the process on the site was simple, but I’m still not totally convinced it’ll be accepted everywhere I need it. Compared to what other people seem to say about similar services, I expected the information to be a bit clearer and the support to respond faster. For something this important, I just wanted to feel more confident than I did.

"Renewal was WAY more annoying than I expected"
I’d used esapet.com before and it was fine, so I figured renewing would be simple. But it ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. I didn’t feel like I got a clear enough heads-up, and I had to click around WAY too much just to figure out what was happening.
Support did eventually get back to me, but it felt slow and didn’t really clear things up the way I hoped. I did go ahead and renew in the end, but the whole process was NOT a great experience.

"Order never showed up, and the updates was unclear"
I ordered some pet food and a couple of other bits from ESA Pet because the price looked decent, and I figured it would be a simple enough order. The delivery date came and went though, and nothing turned up at my door.
I emailed them twice to ask what was going on, but the replies was vague, just saying it was still being processed. There was no tracking that actually worked and no clear answer about when it would even be shipped.
After waiting more than two weeks, I just gave up and asked for a refund. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I won’t be ordering again. It just didn’t feel reliable to me

"Honestly kind of frustrating to use"
I tried poking around the site for a bit the other night while I was on my phone, just sitting on the couch after dinner, and it was more annoying than I expected. The pages felt clunky, and a few parts had me second-guessing where I was supposed to click. I kept hitting back because I’d end up somewhere that didn’t really make sense to me. It also didn’t feel that smooth on mobile, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I gave up faster than I planned to.

"The refund policy made me hesitate"
I took one look at the refund policy and just assumed it was going to be a hassle. It felt strict, and I couldn’t really tell what would actually qualify for a refund. Maybe I’m jumping to conclusions, but it definitely put me off. I’d probably think twice before ordering from here again.

I was close to placing an order, but the pricing just didn’t feel clear enough to me. Some fees seemed to show up later in the process, that always makes me back out because it feels like every site does this now. I didn’t actually complete a purchase, so this is just based on browsing.

I was hoping this would make sorting out my pet’s travel paperwork easier, but it didn’t help much. Support was slow, and the answers I got weren’t very clear, so I ended up asking the same questions more than once. Even after that, I still felt unsure before my trip, which was stressful. For what I needed, it just wasn’t worth the hassle or the money.
